Six nominations went to Red Hot Chili Peppers, followed by James Blunt, the Dixie Chicks, John Mayer, Danger Mouse, Prince, Rick Rubin, will.i.am and John Williams each earning five nods. Of course Beyonce, Bryan-Michael Cox, Gnarls Barkley, Israel Houghton, T.I, and Justin Timberlake receive: four nominations each. The 49Th Annual Grammy Awards will take place in Los Angeles at the Staples Center on Sunday, February 11, 2007, and air on CBS television.
